Become a part of our network for allies and relatives of LGBT+ individuals!

Do you dream of becoming a better ally for your LGBT+ friends, family members, or colleagues? Would you like to learn more about what's at stake when you're a part of the LGBT+ community, and how you can be a good ally and create inclusive spaces for those you care about?

We invite you to become a member of our network for allies and relatives of LGBT+ individuals. Here, you will meet like-minded people, that share your wish for acceptance, support, and community. The network is a safe space, where we can share our experiences and worries, and can gain new knowledge through others.

Why participate?

    • Learn and share experiences: Become knowledgeable about LGBT+ issues through workshops, presentations and conversations with other allies.

    • Enhance your voice: Gain tools and resources to become an active ally, both privately and professionally.

    • Make connections: Meet others, that like you want to make a positive difference in society.

    • Participate in an inclusive environment: Together, we can make a difference by enhancing understanding, respect, and love for all.

We believe that everyone can participate in creating an inclusive society. Your voice and engagement are important, and we look forward to welcoming you to our network. Together, we can make a difference!

Support LGBT+HUSET today and help us create a safe and inclusive future for everyone.

What does it mean to be an ally?

An ally is someone who supports and stands up for people within marginalised groups, even if they are not a part of those groups themselves. when it comes to LGBT+ individuals, this means that an ally actively works to create acceptance, understanding, and inclusion for the LGBT+ community.

This can include listening and learning, standing up to discrimination and prejudice, or working as an active support for LGBT+ individuals in their everyday lives. To be an ally is to be an active and positive force of change - someone that helps make the world more safe and inclusive for everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
