Under Ombygning (Under Construction) is a craftspeople network for trans- and nonbinary people and women working within construction or other crafts. A yearly craft worker assembly is held where we build, and talk about construction work and everything else.
The network was started after a group of craftspeople took initiative to arrange a craft worker assembly in 2020, which became a huge success and was the starting point for further activities, discussions, a yearly assembly and much more.
The network is there for us to meet and get to know each other, talk about challanges, advantages, ideas and whatever else comes to mind to us as a common minority within craft work.

You are an apprentice, already a skilled worker, working within crafts or the construction industry, or already know that you want to take a crafts education. You are transgender, nonbinary or a woman. If this applies to you, come join us in our network!
